Fòrum Gastronòmic y Descobrir Cuina presentan su Guía de Restaurantes 2009-2010
En el marco del Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona 09, se presentó hoy la Guía de Restaurantes 2009-2010 que fuera elaborada conjuntamente por Descubrir Cuina y Fórum Gastronòmic.
Esta guía está pensada para acercar al lector las características de cada restaurante y los aspectos de mayor importancia con el fin de que pueda formarse una opinión anticipada y, de esta manera, facilitar la elección. Se centra en establecimientos que ofrecen comida de raíz catalana –no necesariamente tradicional- y hace una valoración de productos, elaboración, creatividad, entorno, servicios, carta de vinos, etc.
Presentada por Pep Palau y Joseph Sucarrats en la sala pequeña del Auditori del Palau de Congresos, esta guía es un documento insoslayable a la hora de elegir un restaurante a gusto de cada uno.
